Position Objective
Responsible for assisting the Account Management Team Leader with managing foreign accounts. (This position is a career path to an Account Manager position.)

Responsibilities
• Type up, track, and file orders
• Document orders, issues, etc. and generate reports for customers
• Handle returns and other customer service duties
• Assist AM with quotes when busy or absent
• Must provide superior customer service on a day-to-day basis
• Good computer skills, especially utilising MS Outlook, Excel, and Word
• Must be able to keep organised, accurate records on daily activities and results
Requirements
• Must have excellent verbal and written English communication skills
• Must be self-motivated and self-disciplined
• Must have a polished and professional demeanor
• Must be detail oriented and have strong organisational skills
• Must be a team player
• Must provide excellent customer service and be customer friendly
• Background in engineering is a PLUS

Position Objective
Maintain accurate accounting records, comply with accounting & taxation and related government requirements. Place job advertisements and organize training, performance review schedule, social activities, HR problem identification and help address employee motivation/attitude issues. Provide administrative support to the Executive Director and Operations Manager.

Responsibilities

Accounting/Bookkeeping – ROCLIN & ULTRASHIELD BUSINESSES
Invoicing: Issue invoices, & credit notes and record incoming cash and other transactions in accordance with relevant accounting rules in Hong Kong and China.
MYOB: Assist the Accountant with maintenance of the MYOB accounting software, year-end closing of accounts, and liaising with external accountants.
Internal Auditing: Assist the Accountant with internal auditing to ensure compliance and no mistakes in calculating payments
Controlling: Assist the Accountant in creating and implementing good financial management and control practices and accurate payment calculation methods throughout the organization.
Management Reports: Assist the Accountant with preparing quarterly Profit & Loss and internal management accounting reports.
Cost Savings: Assist the Accountant, General manager and Executive Director with identifying cost-saving and revenue-generating opportunities etc.
Efficiency: Assist the Accountant to minimize overall accounting and compliance costs, making operations as efficient as possible.

Human Resources – ROCLIN & ULTRASHIELD BUSINESSES
Job Ads: Place job advertisements & screen applicants by resume and telephone.
Performance Reviews: Organize performance review schedule for all employees and make sure they are carried out on-time.
Training: Conducting training needs survey/assessment. Find external and internal trainers that can meet the identified training gaps. Organize external and internal training to improve relevant skills. Conduct survey of participants to assess effectiveness of trainers.
Social Activities: Help organize company social activities to improve team-building, cross-team communication, and family involvement in the company.
HR Issues/Motivation: Identify HR issues and motivation/attitude issues by talking to employees and devise HR policies/activities and communication to improve attitude and performance.

Executive Assistance – ROCLIN BUSINESS
Provide translation, interpretation, and administrative support to the Executive Director and Operations manager.
