The Siemens Graduate Program (SGP) is an international working program with on-the-job management training, designed specifically for highly talented people. The SGP takes two years and consists of three 8-month assignments. They cover two or more different functions such as development, sales or others. One of these is an assignment abroad.
Outstanding features of the SGP are its broad training activities including both management training and function specific seminars. On top of that, the SGP provides an invaluable network of knowledge sharing between SGP participants in different countries.
