现将相关招聘事项公布如下：
一、应聘条件：
1、具有本科以上学历，已经在海外生活或有海外生活经历的；
2、应聘者要有良好的所在国语言及书面表达能力、对外业务沟通及独立进行商务洽谈的能力。
3、拥有电脑办公操作基本技能，包括电子邮件，Word, Excel, PowerPoint；
4、应聘者要有强烈的事业心、创业精神；能用自己内在动力去拓展和完成各项工作
5、熟悉对外汉语教学与管理的应聘者优先录用。
二、工作职责
1、协助新西方教育集团董事会开发并开展新西方教育集团的海外项目；
2、做好为新西方招商引资的牵线搭桥工作，协助新西方的相关部门做好推广、宣传与服务工作；
3、积极宣传新西方发展成就及文化，充分发挥对外“窗口”作用；
4、为新西方教育集团各部门各单位提供国外市场的各类信息；
三、任职待遇
新西方教育集团海外分公司总经理的任职方式有两种：
1、入股，成为新西方教育集团董事会成员（具体入股金额由新西方董事会根据不同国家决定）。项目开展后，新西方教育集团将提供开展项目所需的各类材料及活动经费，海外分公司总经理负责项目的具体操作和管理工作。享受新西方教育集团董事会的股东待遇。
2、不入股。项目开展后，新西方教育集团只提供开展项目所需的各类材料，海外分公司总经理需自行支付开展项目的活动经费，且需负责项目的具体和管理工作。双方将在项目结束后按约定分配盈亏。

Employment of Overseas Branch General Manager
As one of the biggest private Chinese training educational group and professional service mechanisms，New Occident Education Group focuses on Chinese teachers output, Chinese tutor training, teaching material publication, etc. It was awarded the honorable title of Nanjing International Cultural Exchange Base in October, 2009.
Along with further global business development, board of directors of New Occident Education Group decides to employ Overseas Branch Manager around the world.
The details of recruitment:
(1) Essential conditions:
1. Bachelor degree. Only people who is studying or working abroad (or is going to study or work abroad) has eligibility to employ this position.
2. Great language performance ability and customer-oriented attitude.
3. Good at MS office software, including email, Word, Excel, PowerPoint
4. With strong entrepreneur spirit and intense passion to explore and finish the projects.
5. Employee who is familiar with teaching Chinese as second language or managing is preferred.
(2) Operating Duty:
1. Publicize New Occident’s achievement and corporate culture actively
2. Serve as a bridge in attracting investment and assist international department in popularizing work
3. Provide information to New Occident’s domestic departments and do the coordination work
4. Assist board of directors of New Occident Education Group to explore and develop overseas projects
(3) Treatments and benefits:
There are two ways to join in New Occident Education Group:
1. Become a shareholder and member of board of directors of New Occident Education Group (The amount for subscribing shares will be decided by board of directors of New Occident Education Group according to the different country). The material and cost for projects will be provided by New Occident Education Group.
2. Become a partner. New Occident Education Group only provides the material for projects. Both parties will allocate profit and loss by appointment after the projects.
