Requirements：
Mechanical or production engineering degree 机械或工艺设计学位
Min. 3 years working experience in Mechanism production至少三年机械生产领域的工作经验
Specific knowledge专业知识
Read and understand technical drawings能识别工程技术图纸
Experience in handling with technical tools有机加工工具的操作经验
Experience with MTX control and/or Siemens有MTX控制和/或西门子控制系统的工作经验
Experience in leading people有人员管理经验
Preferably good English and/or German language skills英语和/或德语熟练者优先
Readiness for a 6 to 9 month training and working period in Germany乐意到德国接受6-9个月的培训或工作
Job Descriptions：
According to production plan, analyzing master schedule, organizing and monitoring the production of workshop together with Manufacturing Planning Department.
根据生产计划，分析主计划，配合计划部门，组织和管理车间生产,确保主计划的落实。
According to master schedule, organizing and assigning resources of workshop in order, monitoring progress of workshop weekly plan. 根据主计划，组织和合理分配车间资源，监督车间周计划进度。
Improving and developing the manufacturing process together with Manufacturing process Department.与工艺部门一起改进和提高公司制造工艺水平。
Cooperating QMM Department to execute normal quality control procedure in the workshop, improving & perfecting the quality control procedure. 配合质量部门在车间范围执行正常的质量控制流程，提高和完善质量控制流程。
Activities related to Production System (Continuous Improvement Process, optimization of shop floor procedures, quick changeovers, etc.)
与生产系统相关的工作（持续改进生产流程，优化车间生产程序，快速换产等）
