Requirements：
-Mechanical or production engineering degree机械或工艺设计学位
-Min. 3years Professional working experience in gear production and plan management 3年以上齿轮箱生产或生产计划管理经验。
-Logical thinking and analysis capability is strong, familiar with the machinery manufacturing
industry production process and process design逻辑思维能力强，分析能力强，熟悉机械制造行业的生产流程以及工艺设计
-Familiar with the principle and flow of Foxbase, SAP熟悉生产计划原理及Foxbase, SAP流程
-Skilled use of MS Office software, AutoCAD 熟练使用MS Office办公软件，AutoCAD
-Ability to work independently and in team有良好的独立工作及团队合作能力
-Fluency in English and/or German language英语或德语应用熟练
-Readiness for training abroad (couple of months) 能够接受数月的海外培训
Job Descriptions：
-Make feasible production plan based on orders, forecast, inventory, capability, and annual
plan.综合考虑订单、预测、库存、产能及年度计划制定切实可行的生产计划
-Coordinate with manufacturing team to make full use of production capacity and assure
smooth production与生产团队协调充分利用生产资源，保证生产的顺利进行。
-Follow up the implementing status of production plan, check production reports to
sum up and analyze plan fulfillment status and optimize production process to ensure product quality.跟踪生产计划的执行情况，定期检查生产报告以总结分析生产计划的实施情况， 优化生产工艺确保产品质量。
-React quickly on customer demand changes, update production plan, ensuring customer’s requirement is satisfied 对客户需求变化迅速作出反应，更新生产计划，保证满足客户要求
-Management and put on records for production plan factors生产计划情况存档管理
